What this website collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

ContentCrepe, LLC (“ContentCrepe”, “we”) operates contentcrepe.com. Our mailing address is 8 The Green #7583, Dover, DE 19901, United States. For questions or requests about this policy, contact hello@contentcrepe.com.

Information we collect

Inquiry data. When you submit the inquiry form, we receive your name, email, public Steam page or footage link, buyer path, the commercial decision or number that is stuck, and the next milestone you identify. You may also share a public demo link, relevant metrics, information about the person or team that would implement the work, and other information you choose to submit. We also receive the form’s route source and any supported campaign parameters that remain in the current inquiry-page URL when you submit the form.

Correspondence. We keep emails you send us and our replies.

Technical and abuse-prevention data. Vercel processes request and network information as part of hosting and securing the site. When a form is submitted, the application temporarily keeps a one-way hash made from request network information to enforce its submission rate limit. This record does not contain the underlying network address and expires when the applicable rate-limit window ends.

Analytics and performance data. If analytics are enabled, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights process the limited usage and performance categories described below.

How we use information

  • Evaluating and responding to an inquiry or message.
  • Preparing a proposal and taking steps you request before a possible engagement.
  • Entering into and delivering an agreement if one is signed.
  • Operating, securing, and preventing abuse of the site.
  • Understanding site performance and, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns bring relevant inquiries.
  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry data for advertising or build advertising profiles from it.

Cookies, browser storage, and privacy choices

The site uses the following first-party preference cookies. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Language preference

When you manually choose English or Japanese, the site sets the first-party cookie contentcrepe_locale to en or ja. It remembers that choice for one year and has the attributes Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Path=/. The cookie is not created merely because the site detects your browser language. It is not used for analytics, advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. You can delete it with the Reset language preference control below; automatic browser-language detection will then apply again at the root page.

Analytics preference

The first-party cookie contentcrepe_analytics records whether you selected enabled or disabled. It lasts for one year and has the attributes Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Path=/. It is used only to remember and honor your analytics choice. Use the controls below to disable or re-enable analytics and view the current status.

Campaign parameters

The site does not save campaign parameters in cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. Supported campaign parameters may be received with an inquiry only when they remain in the current inquiry-page URL at the time you submit the form. They are not persisted across unrelated navigation and are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.

Privacy choices

Analytics preference: enabled.

Language preference

The saved language preference is English.

Resetting removes the saved preference. The next visit to the homepage will use the browser's preferred language again; explicit English and Japanese URLs remain available.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights

When analytics are enabled, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated, anonymized site usage and Vercel Speed Insights to collect real-world Web Vital performance measurements from visitors’ devices. The categories available through these services may include page views, timestamps and page paths, device and browser information, referrers, general geographic information, and web performance measurements. ContentCrepe removes query strings and URL fragments before page-view or performance data is sent, so campaign parameters are not included. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies for this measurement. Vercel uses a hash derived from request data to distinguish page views and discards that hash after 24 hours.

We also use a limited set of approved custom events, such as when a visitor starts a form, selects a team type, uses a known ContentCrepe call-to-action, or submits an inquiry. These events may include the selected team type or the name of the known button. Campaign parameters and arbitrary route values are not included in custom-event properties. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, links entered in form fields, game metrics, milestones, free-text answers, or other identifying inquiry fields to analytics.

In their standard configuration on this site, these services do not use advertising cookies or track visitors across sites. If you disable analytics using the controls above, the site does not load Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights and does not send page-view or custom analytics events. Normal site and inquiry-form functions remain available.

Service providers and processing locations

Vercel provides hosting, security, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights. Resend processes and delivers inquiry-form submissions by email. These providers process information for ContentCrepe in providing their services. Processing may occur in the United States or other locations used by those providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our rights, or the rights of others.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to take requested steps before a possible engagement. If we work together, we retain relevant information for the relationship and afterward as needed to maintain business, legal, and accounting records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention also depends on legal requirements and legitimate security and abuse-prevention needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it, subject to any required retention.

Your rights and contact

Email hello@contentcrepe.com to ask for access to personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. Additional rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and a request may be limited or declined where applicable law permits or requires us to retain or use the information.

Confidentiality of game materials

We treat builds, Steamworks data, unreleased assets, and metrics you share as confidential. We use them only to evaluate or deliver an engagement, and we do not publish them without your separate written approval unless disclosure is required by law.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. Unless otherwise stated, the revised policy applies when it is published.
